At GraveSip Coaster, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent ordering experience. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, cancellations, and delivery.

Production Time

Once your order is placed, it is sent to our production and fulfillment partners for processing.

To provide a wide variety of designs while keeping our products affordable, we work with trusted manufacturing and fulfillment partners, including partners located overseas.

Production typically takes 10–15 business days, although processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, high order volume, or other busy periods.

If there are any significant delays with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated by email.

Shipping Time

Once production has been completed and your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.


Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

Pre-order items require additional production time and may take longer than our standard processing schedule. If an item is listed as a pre-order, please allow additional time for fulfillment.

We will provide updates by email and notify you once your order has shipped.


Order Changes & Cancellations

If you placed an order by mistake, you may request a cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund.

Once production has begun, we may no longer be able to cancel, modify, or refund the order, as it may already be in the manufacturing process.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after it has been issued.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

GraveSip Coaster is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first.

If you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help. While we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped, we will work with you to resolve any issues whenever possible.
